AutoZone Auto Parts

Inattentive staff, both OBD computers broken terrible inventory. Thank goodness Advance Auto is right up the street. They had exactly what I needed and were more than happy to help me.

Larry is the reason I give this AutoZone a five-star review! He was incredibly kind and helpful when I came in this summer with a dead battery. I had already spent almost four hours stranded in the heat and had a strange battery location for replacement. Even though he did not "have to" replace my part by industry standards, he did. He knew I was in a bind and needed assistance. What a gem of a human! Customer service above and beyond what is called for is always worth recognition.

Amazing Customer service! Camron did a great job. Changed my taillights in a time efficient manner. Was very professional. I highly recommend this location!

The guys working here were so friendly and helpful. When my car battery died on a Sunday evening (!) I managed to get it jumped and drive to the Indian Land Autozone and they took care of everything from there. The store was busy but they still made me feel welcome, the wait wasn't too long and they were very respectful of my car while they replaced the battery. This is the place to go if you need help with your car!

Everyone here was SO nice, friendly, ans helpful. Got exactly what I needed taken care of, and I will definitely use this store again! Larry, the manager, was exceptional- a little kindness & a smile goes a long way. Thank you guys!
