I had a great experience at Sun City Automotive. My older SUV, with over 205,000 miles, was having several issues. The team got me in quickly and communicated the problems clearly and efficiently. One particular issue required an additional oil pressure diagnostic and an oil change, which they explained could potentially resolve the problem. They were upfront that if the oil change didn't fix it, the next step would be a much more expensive repair. After the diagnostic and oil change, the issue seemed to be resolved. I had a wonderful car repair experience with Sun City Automotive. I was able to take my car in the very next day after my call to them. They gave me an estimate for the work and were able to complete the job in less time than originally thought, so they saved me money. The repairs were completed quickly and correctly. The owner was accommodating, knowledgeable, and efficient. A great experience overall! I highly recommend them for your car repair needs.

I drove to Sun City Automotive without an appointment and described a problem that developed on a recent trip. I explained that I was leaving for another trip in two days. They asked if I could leave the car. I did and they called within a couple of hours and told me what the needed repairs were. They said they would try to have it done in time for my trip. The technician and management stayed past normal operating hours to complete the repairs and called me that night. I couldn’t ask for better service and their concern with helping me get back on the road. I would highly recommend this organization for your auto service needs.

Their website said they didn’t have any appointments to look at the car until that Friday, so I had resigned myself to being without a car for the week. However, the next day they called me saying they could look at my car that day, give me an estimate, and likely complete the work by end of day! They were able to get my car done that same day. They were very kind, explained what was wrong with my car in terms I understood, were very reasonable with the cost of the repairs, and were very communicative. I wil…
